Building Supervisor / M&E Supervisor / M&E Engineer
Building Supervisor
Responsibilities:
a) Plan, schedule, assign and supervise personnel in the custodial care of large buildings; inspects, work for maintenance of proper standards.
b) Maintain records of cleaning and maintenance supplies.
c) Ensures a smooth work flow by balancing equipment/operations to meet engineering targets.
d) To oversee daily operation, technical support at job site.
e) Responsible for all work being completed in an orderly and timely manner.
f) To ensure safety regulations are enforced.
Requirements:
a) Minimum 5 years practical experience in construction industry.
M&E Supervisor
Responsibilities:
a) Supervise the work of sub-contractors and work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedule.
b) Assist the Engineers in ensuring that the works are carried out to schedule and in accordance to relevant regulations.
c) Organizing, planning and conduct inspection for M&E installation.
d) Overseeing site progress of M&E services.
Requirements:
a) Minimum of 2 to 5 years’ experience as a Site Supervisor in the Construction industry required.
M&E Engineer
Responsibilities:
a) Assist in planning, control and coordinating of mechanical and electrical works.
b) Verify technical specification, project drawings for discrepancies and compliance of statutory regulations and code of practices.
c) To supervise and monitor the progress of the project work on site.
d) Perform site inspection, attend site meetings and provide regular progress reports.
e) To ensure that all assigned tasks are completed within the schedule with quality.
Requirements:
a) Min 3 years site experience with diploma/degree in M&E services/electrical engineering/mechanical engineering.
